Gerrit founded TalentMotions to bring talent intelligence beyond the early-adopter enterprises and into the hands of a wider audience. With over 17 years of experience, he built and led the talent intelligence function inside global companies including Activision Blizzard (Microsoft) and Philips, spanning M&A, competitive intelligence, location strategy, and recruitment. At Philips his pre-LOI human capital due diligence contributed to meaningful LOI price corrections across multiple deals. He has since advised numerous Fortune 500 enterprises. Based in Los Angeles.

Kim is a research and talent intelligence leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations make smarter decisions about people, markets, and growth, across high-growth startups and Fortune 100 companies. Her work sits at the intersection of research, strategy, and storytelling, partnering with senior stakeholders on competitive intelligence, workforce planning, and human capital diligence. A background in recruiting and executive search, paired with a foundation in library and information science, gives her an authentic, driven, and unbiased approach. Kim is based in Pittsburgh.
