Org Intelligence

Reconstruct how any company is really built.

Our most original capability. We rebuild a company's operating structure, leadership down to individual-contributor level, triangulated from millions of public signals, to a high degree of confidence and with no inside information. You get more than a chart: deep interpretation, annotation, and an executive summary on how the organization actually works. We tailor the output to the decision in front of you.

Who it's for

Find the decision you are making.

Same rigorous reconstruction method. The framing, depth, and output are shaped to your decision.

Know how the target is really built, before you commit.

Pre-LOI human capital due diligence: talent risk, integration seams, synergies, and the operating-model layer that normally stays hidden until DD.

03 · Executive Search

See how leadership is really structured, below the C-suite.

Who owns what, how the next layer is built, where senior capability sits. The leadership map that org charts and websites cannot give you.

Diligence the management layer. Track the org against the plan.

For PE, venture, and public-market investors: assess the team behind the thesis pre-deal, then monitor whether the organization is being built as communicated.

What we reconstruct

The operating picture public sources cannot reach.

Every engagement draws on the same dimensions. Which we emphasize, and how we read them, is tailored to your decision.

Structure & reporting lines

Leadership to team level, with reporting lines, team boundaries, and headcount by function and location.

Key talent

The individuals the decision depends on, named where the data allows, with seniority and tenure signals.

Ways of working

How teams operate day to day, where capability concentrates, and the seams where integration is hardest.

Strategic focus

What the structure and senior roles reveal about where the company is placing its bets.

Cost base

An inferred read of the people cost base, sized from salary data, to frame the economics.

Interpretation

The reading that matters: annotation, executive summary, and a walkthrough. Never a bare chart.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is org intelligence?

Org intelligence is a reconstruction of how a company is really built, its structure, reporting lines, key people, and cost base, triangulated from millions of public signals. It gives you the operating picture that normally only surfaces from the inside, with no inside information.

How is org intelligence different from human capital due diligence?

Traditional human capital due diligence reviews compensation, benefits, and HR compliance once you are already in the data room. We reconstruct the target's actual operating structure and talent beforehand, pre-LOI, from public data alone, so you can price the people and integration risk before you commit.

Can you legally reconstruct a competitor's or target's org chart?

Yes. Everything is triangulated from public signals such as profiles, job postings, and employment records. No confidential or inside information changes hands, so engagements stay clean and discreet.

How accurate is a reconstruction built only from public data?

We reconstruct to a high degree of confidence by cross-referencing millions of independent public signals rather than any single source, and annotate the picture with what it means so you can see the basis for every read.

How long does an engagement take?

A fixed scope priced to the size of the organization. A small organization runs about two weeks, mid-size three to four, and large is custom. You get a defined scope and timeline before you start.

What do I actually receive?

A reconstructed operating picture of the company, annotated with what it means, an executive summary, and a live walkthrough with Q&A. The interpretation is the deliverable, never a bare chart.

Name a target. Get a read in as little as two weeks.
